Positive: Clean, spacious, modern, good views, good WiFi, good transport links, decent kitchen. Good facilities.
Negative: Incomplete instructions to find the property - need name of the building and number and photo. It is hard to find and we needed extra help from the staff. Code to front door did not work. We needed to be let in if the garage walkway wasn’t open. The thermostats wouldn’t go below 25 degrees so we had to leave the windows open in the night.
Summary: Nice modern apartment overlooking the river.

Positive: The apartament was perfect, in a new building, with a very nice view over the river. The kitchen was well equipped and the 2 bathrooms were perfectly usable and clean. The big balcony was very useful for the ones who needed some fresh air with a nice view. The traffic below is intense but the well sealed windows keep the noise down.

Positive: The apartment was clean, bright and spacious, and having two toilets was very convenient. The bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable — a rare find. The WiFi was strong and the kitchen was well equipped. We also loved the beautiful Danube view from the terrace, and although it was noisy outside due to the busy road and the train, the inside was quiet thanks to the well-insulated windows. Check-in with a code was very easy, with clear instructions.
Negative: It would have been helpful to receive a small starter kit (coffee capsules, a dishwasher tablet and a bit more toilet paper), as well as pillowcases for the extra pillows. Parking also seemed a bit overpriced, as street parking is much cheaper (approx. 7.8 EUR/day, although it needs to be renewed every 3 hours). The request to send ID documents well in advance was not only a bit strict but also uncomfortable, as local regulations allow registration within 24 hours of arrival. With a slightly friendlier communication tone, the experience would feel even more welcoming in this beautiful apartment.

Positive: It's a very nice new flat with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, tv in each room and a spacious terrace. It was spotless clean. Check in was easy. It's in a relative quiet area. We really liked it although we just stayed for one night. You can comfortably accommodate 4 people + couch I guess. Would stay again. Recommend.
